Recycled in an economical and sensible way
In addition to the actual recycled materials, such as CARULAT and CARULUX, other secondary materials are produced during manufacturing which can be reused in an economically viable and sensible manner. These by-products are suitable for downcycling applications, preliminary processing stages or as raw materials for specialist recyclers.

Two ranges. One promise of quality.
With CARULAT & CARULUX, we offer two product ranges that cater to a variety of needs: from reliable, high-quality recycled materials for consistent supply volumes to bespoke solutions for individual requirements and demanding product specifications.
All our recycled materials are based on 100 % post-consumer plastic and undergo a fully documented and certified process. Our facilities – equipped with VIS, NIR and AI technology – enable precise sorting, which forms the basis for consistent material quality. Each batch is tested in our in-house laboratory for flow behaviour, density, colour and mechanical properties. The result: recycled materials of consistent quality and reliable performance.
CARULAT
Our CARULAT range is designed for industrial mass-production applications – offering consistent quality, efficient handling and availability even in large quantities. Typical applications include furniture components, functional parts for the automotive sector, transport packaging and technical components. The materials are characterised by high mechanical strength, reliable MFI values and good value for money.
Thanks to our reliable supply chain and flexible production planning, we are able to deliver consistently high quality even for larger call-off quantities.
CARULUX
CARULUX is our premium range of recycled materials, meeting the highest standards in terms of colour, brightness, purity and functionality. It is aimed at companies that wish to make resource conservation both visible and technically viable – for example, in the cosmetics, household goods or toy industries.
The materials are modifiable, free-flowing, light in colour and offer excellent processability. They can be integrated into demanding applications such as injection moulding, blow moulding or even into compounds containing virgin material. CARULUX also enables design-oriented applications – right through to CosPaTox-compliant developments.
